Thornton Heath Good Neighbours Newssheet The Good Neighbour scheme offers a variety of help and support to people in the local community, both in an emergency and on a regular basis.
Care is offered through our network of volunteers and supported by the resources and facilities of the Parchmore Centre.
Although the main concern of the scheme is with older people and those with disabilities, we are willing to try and help anyone with a genuine need and where resources permit.
Referrals for help can be made by older people themselves, families and statutory or other voluntary organisations.
For more information regarding what we offer at Parchmore, please see our page entitled Services And Activities For Older People
New volunteers are always needed. Anyone interested in offering any help, please contact the Good Neighbour Project Worker at Parchmore. |
