Hiring A Venue At Parchmore

All of our facilities our available to hire at very reasonable prices. We want the community to make the best use possible of the Parchmore Centre and as a result over 1,700 people use our buildings every week.

We are always happy to hire out our facilities to new groups and individuals where possible, whether it be on a regular basis or a one off event.

Our rates are calculated on a three tier system, A, B, and C.

Category A is our Business Rate for groups who use the venue with the sole intention of making a profit.

Category B is a rate for Statutary Groups and for Groups who receive funding.

Category C is for genuine community groups, who don't receive funding but need a place to meet.

Prices start from £4.10 per hour for category C, and £8.25 per hour for category A.
